Terms and Conditions
Returns and cancellations
You have a right to cancel your order before despatch, or within 7 working days after the date of delivery.
We ask that you return unwanted goods so that they are received back by us within 7 working days of the cancellation of your order.You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods to us.* Regretfully spare parts that are ordered incorrectly by the customer or have been wrongly diagnosed by the customer will be subject to a 30 % re-stocking fee. Any parts that have been found to have been damaged by customer attempts to fit will not be refunded.
E-lectricalshop.co.uk will refund you the cost of the unwanted items within 30 days.
Goods must be returned to us in as new condition. Where goods are returned in not as new condition, you will be charged to cover the loss in value of the goods.
Please note that it is our policy to refund by way of the original purchase method of payment.
The placing of an order does not constitute a contract of sale. Sale of goods will be at the discretion of the management of E-lectricalshop.co.uk
*Unless the goods have been wrongly delivered by E-lectricalshop.co.uk, or are faulty.
All product descriptions are based on the manufacturers own product description. Sometimes the manufacturers may change specifications of their products without notice. We try to make sure that the descriptions are kept accurate and make any necessary changes as soon as we are aware of them.
The information we receive from customers helps us personalise and continually improve your shopping experience at E-lectricalshop.co.uk. We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us and recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to you. We also use this information to improve our store and platform.
Delivery
Many of our products have free delivery, but to enable us to keep our prices low on larger items a charge of £3.95 is made to assist with the carriage costs. These items are clearly marked with the carriage costs in their descriptions.
Despatch of goods will normally be within 5 working days of receiving the order.
Delivery by carrier will usually be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Quoted delivery charges are for the UK mainland only.
Delivery will either be by first or second class post, or by carrier. Where delivery is made by carrier and no-one is available to sign for the consignment, a card will be left. After 2 attempts at delivery the goods will be returned to E-lectricalshop.co.uk at the customers cost.
Where goods are damaged on receipt, or the delivered goods do not match the order/invoice, E-lectricalshop.co.uk must be notified immediately.
E-lectricalshop.co.uk cannot be held responsible if goods go missing after they have been delivered.
E-lectricalshop.co.uk cannot be held responsible if goods do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details.
